Yasmin Avila leads a statewide Business Services team and employer engagement of 15 staff for Oklahoma Rehabilitation Services, helping businesses recognize the value of a broader workforce development, ADA compliance, universal hiring processes, and effective accommodations. She is a natural trainer and business leader with a strong background in law, education, business, and human rights. Yasmin is bilingual in English and Spanish, and holds degrees in Law, Business Law, Counseling and completed advanced studies at Yale School of Management and Tulsa Community College. Passionate about expanding opportunity for all, she has proudly served in multiple roles at ORS for more than ten years working with state, regional, and national workforce teams.
